Nutridophilus Essentials is a powerful probiotic that is shelf stable (does not require refrigeration). It is a combination of 4 strains of dairy and gluten free bacteria: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
